1. Our Products
Lily Lee London creates handcrafted leather journals, notebooks and coordinating stationery accessories.
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Our journals are made using natural leather, which may have individual variations in colour, grain and texture. These characteristics, and the patina that develops with use, are part of the nature of the material.
We may update our product ranges, descriptions and availability from time to time.
2. Orders and Personalisation
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email.
Please check your order details carefully, particularly your chosen journal size, leather colour, elastic colour, hardware finish and any monogramming instructions.
Journals personalised with your chosen initials or name through hot foiling or debossing are made specifically for you.
Personalised journals are generally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Selecting from our standard leather, elastic and hardware options does not, by itself, constitute personalisation.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Lily Lee London Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT.
Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or other charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For international orders, additional import charges may apply, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We reserve the right to change our prices, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Production and Delivery
Our journals are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for production and preparation before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the delivery service and customs processing.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States and Australia.

We remain responsible for the goods during delivery as required by applicable consumer law. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains our 30-day returns arrangement for eligible non-personalised products, the exclusions for personalised monogramming, and your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
