Shipping policy

At Lily Lee London, every journal is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared with care. We want your order to be just right before it makes its way to you.

Processing Times

As our journals are handmade to order (by me!), please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be made, personalised (if requested) and prepared for dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we'll contact you.

UK Delivery

We offer tracked delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, with complimentary delivery available on qualifying orders.

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

International Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Australia, alongside the United Kingdom.

International shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of purchase.

United States: We aim to send orders using a tracked, duty-paid service, with applicable import duties arranged in advance where covered by our shipping provider.

Australia: Customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges, which are not included in the shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.

International deliveries may occasionally be delayed by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
